Bulkhead Project

They will be starting at building 1 and working out to building 6. We need all owners who will have boats in the water after October 1st to contact our office so we can make arrangements as to their location during the bulkhead project. Until the project has been completed, the Association will have full control of who goes where - all individual dockage rights will be temporally suspended.
Time to remove all your hoses and dock boxes. Store them on your boat or within your unit. Water and electric services on the docks will be disconnected once the project commences.
If you plan on paying in full, please make sure it is in prior to October 1st or you will automatically be placed in the financed group.
