Dear Hidden Harbor Owner:

 

The annual spring tree trimming is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of next week, June 19 & 20 weather permitting.  All the pear trees will be trimmed as will the trees along the perimeter fence and the dead tree on the street side of building 2 will be removed.  Please be able to move cars from along the fence and buildings as necessary while the tree service is on site or park where there are no trees.

 

The annual meeting and social are scheduled for July 15, 2017.  The nomination notice went in the mail today with the July Statements. 

 

The Social will have entertainment by Lonnie Youngblood and food catered by Joe Leone's.  We will be asking owners to RSVP by July 7th as to their attendance.  We will be using the wristbands again and each owner will receive 2 free.  Additional attendees will be $20.00 for 12 and over, $10.00 under 12.  More detail to follow.  You can RSVP at any time by emailing jcr@mycondo.com.
