Update June 26th

The roofing and siding project has been moving along at a faster pace than anticipated even in light of the foul weather we have had. Thought there have been a few glitches, overall we are on target and the buildings look great.
All roofing has been completed.
Siding on all buildings should be completed by July 10th
The gutter installation is slated to start this Monday June 29th and be completed within about 2 days.
Chimney cap installation should commence within the next 10 days.
We are working on issues pertaining to the deck dividers and once resolved these will be reinstalled as well.

The schedule for the entrance stair and rail replacements and painting in these areas is still pending. We wanted to get the larger projects that are the most disruptive to the entire community behind us 1st.
The contractor will stop working on Thursday July 2 and have most parking spaces open in preparation of the holiday weekend. They will return to work on July 6th.
With most of the building work completed we are making arrangements for the trimming of the trees on the parking lot side. This would should be done within the next two weeks.
