Dear Hidden Harbor Owners:

 

Today begins the Memorial Day Weekend, the official start of summer.  We thank all those, past and present, who have served and assured our continued freedoms.

 

Parking is always at a premium at Hidden Harbor.  Please be courteous to your neighbors and avoid having your vehicle towed by parking properly.  Excess vehicles should be parked in the street or you can feel free to park extra vehicles at my office today through Monday.

 

The pool is open for your enjoyment.  Please no glass in the pool area.  Just a reminder - NO GLASS in the pool area.  Chairs in order and umbrellas down when you leave, thanks.

 

Trash and recycling are also taxed this weekend.  Please compress all trash and place in plastic bags before disposing in the dumpster.  Cardboard flattened or brought to the recycling center by Stop n Shop.  And PLEASE No plastic bags of any type in the recycling cans.

 

The rope broke on the flagpole by unit 51/52.  We are working to find a way to restring the 40' pole without having to take it down to do the work.

 

Please take the time to inform your guests and tenants about necessary courtesies of communal living.

 

Let's all work together in harmony to assure all residents enjoy the summer at our home.
