Dear Hidden Harbor Owner:

 

A leak has developed in the water main in the street in front of units 27 / 29.  The contractor is scheduled to open the road tomorrow, Wednesday April 10, just after lunch.  The water service to the entire community may be shut off from about noon until the repair is completed which cold be as late as 7:00 pm.   Keep in mind you will only have 1 flush per toilet once water is turned off.

 

Residents in all units 25 through 52 need to make arrangements to park vehicles you plan on using out by building one as the road will most likely be impassable once repairs commence.

 

Please prepare accordingly and proceed with caution while contractors are on site.

 

Please communicate with your neighbors and your tenant if your unit is rented.

 

Once the water service is restored it may be muddy / cloudy for a while.  It is best to run your tub which has no filter for a few minutes and it will clear up.

 

If you have any problems, or need to use facilities, our office will be open.
