The bulkhead project is back in full swing now that the snow is gone.  The dock and walkway boards are being installed and the project is looking GREAT.  We anticipate that the walkway and dock boards will be completed to building 5 by early next week.  The next step will be the individual walkways to the dock from the units and the landscape restoration.  There are a few issues being addressed at building 6 and building 6 will also require much more fill due to how much the ground had settled. The contractor feels he will be completed by May 1st though everyone should use our projection of May15th just to be on the safe side.

 

The pool repairs and deck expension are also under way and we anticipate a clean warm pool being ready to swim in May 27th.
