The bulkhead project is moving along in spite of the weather. The bulkhead sheeting is finished to the corner by unit #41.  The lower dock is under construction as is the upper walkway.  The electrician has been preparing the wiring conduit and the location of the new boxes have been marked off.  In the next 2 weeks the finger pier areas by building 6 will commence.  We have also contracted for the pool deck renovation which is slated to commence in about 3 weeks.  Sorry, too snowy to get any photos.
